Perrie was born 10 July 1993. She has one older brother Jonnie. Her career started in 2011, when she made it to the TV show The X Factor. She didn’t make it through first challenge on bootcamp, but was later offered a second chance as a member of newly formed group and continued fighting. Perrie Edwards became engaged to Zayn Malik from One Direction in August 2013.
